And.... Where does that say a "Halloween quest" will conclude the Dhuum storyline? It could be concluded in another holiday event, or during another quest chain. All she said was that their would be a conclusion.

And the Mad King's Steward was just added back so people could do the first 4 till the end of the event.

People misreading and misinterpreting the CRs is a common problem on guru, since Galie had the job. Heck, on this very thread, Regina said the quests would NOT be daily. The first day a new quest didn't appear, people began to complain because Regina had said the quests would be daily. How freakin' transparent do you have to be if people can mix that up?

Maybe finish allready taken quests. Cause when i was on earlier MKS wasn't handing out new quests.

They, they being Regina, pointed out a few times that this would be a this year only quest chain. If the conclusion to what we have already done is in something unrelated then why bother to point out limited content in the first place? I mean, you could just skip it and do the rest whenever. I know for certain I wasn't the only person who ran all their alts clear through #4...just in case.

There's nothing that suggests any more halloween quests. There will be something but it can be anything and come any time. The conclusion may even come in GW2... although I'd say the first 2010 PvE content update is the most likely.

Seeing as they have already put 10+ Dhuum monster skills live, I think it can be assumed it will be sooner rather than later.

Yeah them putting the Mad King's steward back in doesn't mean a thing. Nope, no halloween quests to come.

So? That just means they have at least one year to finish up the storyline. So the Dhuum story can be wrapped up ANY time between now and next Halloween.

Yep, because when the CR quotes "Remember, these quests are only available this year, so be sure to complete them while you can!" you'd have to be some kind of idiot to think we might get a conclusion. You know...like a NPC permanently dying for example, something that we couldn't possibly do again. As it stands we were capturing skeletons. You could do that again next year too and absolutely nothing changes.

Probably going to be an update and new quest on Thursday, as a guess, since that tends to be the day for updates.

But if not, I can't understand why they're leaving (or put back) the Mad King's Steward around.

I'm not saying there isn't another Halloween quest. I'm just saying there doesn't HAVE to be another one. Galie never promised anything. The plotline could still be concluded some other way.
